**Automation Engineer**:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Principal Engineer will play a crucial role in balancing autonomous work with teamwork to achieve success in automation testing.
**We will count on you to**:
- Understand regression scenarios and convert them into automated test scripts.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond swiftly to changes and adapt to new challenges.
- Engage in ongoing research and training to stay updated on relevant technologies and issues.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in automation engineering.
- Proficiency in Selenium with Java and advanced intermediate English.
