**Network Infrastructure**

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The IP Technical Assistance Center team for Routing is part of a Global TAC, serving more than 50 customers in LAT. While working on several technologies, technical processes and platforms, our team seeks to accomplish metrics, improve customer satisfaction on all Service Level Agreements.

**What is Nokia looking for from me**:

- Basic knowledge in networking and subnetting
- Basic knowledge about routing protocols
- Desire to learn, be proactive and have an attitude for self-study
- Upper-intermediate English level

**What you will learn and contribute to**:

- Develop and run automated laboratory tests to troubleshoot HW functionality
- Interface with engineers from a variety of other disciplines including software, systems engineering, and test to deliver best in class end to end solutions and perform HW analysis
- Brainstorm and collaborate with multifunctional teams on solutions to resolve system issues
- Learn troubleticket process for case documentation
