Description:
**SEGOSO MEXICO** has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator, who is a creative out of the box thinker, prepared to utilize innovative techniques to attract and retain talent for one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. This position will be located at our Monterrey Mexico headquarters.
- Organize and participate in all company events (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, partys, events etc.)
- Performing full-cycle recruitment
- Onboarding of new employees
- Participating in local recruiting events and recruitment meetings
- Assisting with HR reporting, filing, and maintaining of personnel files
- Finiquitos, payments, spents etc.
- Office material
- In charge of cleaning department
- Serving as back up to department benefits role

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
- Ability to multitask by prioritizing and managing time
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
