**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Our **Content Art Designer** role is a specialist with a specific skill set centered around art direction and design. For this role, one must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative assets, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. Additionally, the **Content Art Designer** must have the ability to generate a design system to tell a story with full consistency and will be responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for our North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs.

The** Content Art Desinger** must have strong skills conceptualizing and following a creative processes for Packaging Design, Point of Sale (POS) creatives, master graphics or key visuals, digital assets as well as setting files for printing. One will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions for content creation and development.

**Your Impact**

As **Content Art Designer** your responsibilities would consist of:

- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads. Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely
- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads, presentations, etc.
- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials/packaging design when needed
- Previous experience with developing creative assets: banner ads, hero images, digital assets
- Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed
- Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use
- Rapid prototyping (quick mockups or renders)
- HIGH aptitude to learn new things & sense of urgency to get things done.
- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- Present designs to clients for approval

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
- 2-3 years of agency or in-house creative experience in art / graphic design
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficiency in After Effects
- Strong creative portfolio, available online
- Language proficiency in English
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
