**YOUR TASKS**
- Plan and conduct incoming inspection for purchase parts including documentation (eg. In SAP).
- Knowledge of Plastic Molding Process & defects
- Knowledge of usage of all Inspection instrument like VC, PP, VMM, CMM, Hardness Tester etc
- Management of not conforming parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further action (eg. Rework, sorting etc.)
- Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchase parts.
- Create/close FS notification against suppliers incase of logistic claim.
- Corrective actions follow up with suppliers
- Perform costs collection and reimbursement
- Plan and conduct the revalidation of all Purchase parts
- Able to read and understand product drawings and specifications, test methods
- Should have good knowledge of PPAP & have hand on experience on the process.
- Should have good computer & English communication skill
- Perform refresher training /OJT for RI inspectors (eg. Instruments, drawing, Hella Procedures)
- Able to implement Change Management effectively
- Should have experience of handling team with 8 & more members
- Should have minimum 8 years’ experience & at least 6 years in Quality Domain

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate in Electronics or equivalent.
- Min 5 years, max-8 years (Incoming Inspection in Automotive industry)
- Knowledge of ISO Standards ( IATF etc. ), Internal auditor
- Core tools (APQP & CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- GD&T
- Basic Knowledge on VDA 6.3 and also should have done audits at supplier end.
- Solving problem methodologies (8D's, 5Why's, 5W2H, DMAIC, Quick response)
- Solving problem experienced in topics related to PCBA's, Electronic Control Units ECU's.
- SMT process
- SAP
- English level 80%
