- As our new Category Manager, you will support Indirect Procurement and be responsible for driving mostly strategic tasks. You will be accountable for the direction and performance delivery of the Procurement function for Marketing (US Retail and Wholesale) including support to the different brands such as Widex, Signia, Rexton and Sony OTC. You will act as a conduit between the business and the suppliers and should possess outstanding influencing and negotiating skills.More specifically, you will be responsible for
- The US Marketing spend in digital marketing, print, display, agencies, Insights, events etc. Stakeholder management and engagement - local, regional and global
- Execute sourcing tasks and tenders through established procedures and processes
- Supplier relationship, performance management and development
- Identify savings opportunities across spend areas
- Ensure risk allocation and mitigation through stakeholder and supplier alignment
- Develop, present and execute Strategic Category Plans
- Support the global procurement targets and deliver on the annual objectives

**Experiência y requisitos**
- We are looking for a colleague who is well experienced in procurement/sourcing. A background in the FMCG-industry and experience in a similar role in a global environment, including experience working with a global supplier base, is a plus. You have excellent stakeholder management-, presentation-, project management
- and computer-skills (Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint) and are well-versed in RfX’s.To be successful in this position, we expect you to be a result and business-driven person and have experience in teamwork, stakeholder management and negotiations in an international environment.Fluent English, both written and oral, is essential.Experience
- BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in procurement process and projects across several Marketing areas
- A strong track record for sourcing and tenders
- Integrating cost savings strategies into business context
- 5+ years’ experience in a procurement focused role
