Lead all the Industrial Engineering Activities in the region.
- Deploy all the global initiatives in the region (AVIX, Simulation Process, AGV, Line balance, MODAPTS,VSF, SMED).
- Develop workshops to optimize process for all new business. (packaging, process flow, material, flow)
- Work with AME team to improve the machining utilization from the beginning of the programs.
- Develop all the 'project related with warehouse, material equipment, optimization, from the justification, CAR approval and support the implementation.
- Lead the Capacity Machines activities, generation, updated and control.
- Support the AME CAR's through the Equipment assign to reduce capital.
- Lead all the New Facilities development in the region in terms of design, manufacturing flow, material flow.
- Support the Strategic Planning to create scenarios to find the best location to the new business.
- Support the Costing team to review equipment available and have a competitive quote in phase 1.
- Manage all the CSW assets and their Capacity, to provide to the leather ship data when we need buy or save equipment.
- Support plants in USA (Material Flow projects, Labour analysis.
- Lead all the new launches in terms of (Space, flow, times studies).
- Ensure the FSPT accurate based on the PFEP.
- Be a mentor to the AME team, materials team, IE's in IE topics.
- This Manager will be the main responsible of the Layout Plants.
- Development of Technical Specification for storage systems like overhead conveyors, material distribution systems
