**Descripción del empleo** ¿Qué harás?**
- Atender a los usuarios a través de los diferentes canales de comunicación (llamadas, chat, Mailing, Redes sociales).
- Ofrecer soluciones inmediatas a los usuarios.
- Detectar y reportar principales problemáticas que afecten al usuario.
- Conocimiento de Office, conocimiento de Zendesk y/o Intercom o CRM (herramientas de atención al cliente).
- Enfoque al cliente.

**Requisitos** Lo que buscamos**:

- Experiência: Mínima de 6 meses como Customer Care, Atención al cliente, Customer Happines, Customer experience, Agente telefónico, etc.
- Manejo de estrés y frustración.
- Actitud positiva y resolución de problemas.
- Construcción de relaciones.
- Habilidad de comunicación asertiva.
- Buena ortografía.
- Conocimiento de Office, conocimiento de Zendesk y/o Intercom o CRM (herramientas de atención al cliente).

**-Disponibilidad para laborar turno VESPERTINO de 2pm a 11pm**
- **Descanso de 1 día entre semana.**
