As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support for Upwork Managed Services programs.
This role requires teamwork, excellent time management, and precise prioritization of tasks.
You must have a strong work ethic, clear communication and people skills, and possess good instincts when faced with a variety of situations.
Provide support and knowledge on best operational practices.
**Qualifications**
Actively communicate with internal OS team members and OS workers, and provide recommendations on process improvements where appropriate.
Reach out to cross functional teams as needed.
Leverage the Upwork platform to perform a variety of tasks such as onboarding/offboarding workers, monitoring Work Diaries, pulling reports on specific data points, auditing payroll worker timesheets and their Managed Services contract(s) (reconciling vendor timesheets with time logged on Upwork platform), handling customer support inquiries raised by Managed Services workers, escalating to the proper cross-functional team when appropriate, composing internal correspondence such as memos and announcements, conducting video calls, utilizing document management best practices to properly maintain program documentation.
