**Propósito Estratégico**:
Atender los asuntos relacionados a la atención inicial al personal, baños, comedor, lockers, transporte, uniformes, etc, etc. Así como apoyar en los procesos de contratación del personal de nuevo ingreso, apoyar a la operación general del departamento, brindando atención y seguimiento a las peticiones de los colaboradores.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:
**Diario**:

- Entrega de Gafetes
- Atención e información a colaboradores
- Archivo de documentos en expedientes

**Semanal**:

- Solicitud de referencias a hoteles
- Apoyo para organizacion de casting
- Revisar anuncios en pizarrones y cambiar información

**Quincenal**:

- Preparación y entrega de portatrajes, incluye la compra de estos.
- Solicitud y entrega de gafetes y kit de cubre bocas al personal de nuevo ingreso
- Seguimiento de requisiciones de compra
- Elaboración de cartas de invitación a “El Círculo”
- Captura de promociones en archivo “Vacantes CBR”

**Mensual**:

- Entrega y archivo de contratos eventuales
- Apoyo en la organización y decoración del evento mensual de premiación de empleados, incluye elaborar formatos necesarios para la premiación mensual de empleados
- Imprimir y pegar las fotos de los ganadores de Embajadores del mes, mantener la información actualizada
- Elaborar las fotos de promociones del mes.
- Control y entrega de tarjetas de vales despensa.
- Actualización de pizarrones y medios de comunicación.
- Recorrido de instalaciones para asegurar orden y limpieza.
- Reporte de compras realizadas y trámite de pago a proveedores.
- Apoyar en temas de capacitación, asegurándose que todos los eventos se lleven a cabo de manera correcta.

**Requerimientos**:
**Mandatorio**:

- Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año de experiência en el puesto
- Mínimo 6 meses en hoteles de lujo
- Conocimiento de programa de RH, ABRHIL, Google suite.
**Deseable**:

- Conocimiento en Herramientas de Calidad.
- Licenciado en Administración de Empresas, Lic. En Turismo.

**Nível de Escolaridad**:
Licenciatura

**Idioma**:
Inglés
