**Position Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Buyer** to join our procurement team. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost savings, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in procurement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for direct and indirect materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost reductions and favorable conditions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, service, and compliance.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely procurement to support production and business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, and Finance to align purchasing strategies with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Mentor and support junior buyers within the procurement team.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- ** Proven experience (5+ years) as a Buyer, preferably in a senior or lead procurement role.**:

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- ** Valid Laser Visa (Border Crossing Card) required.**:

- ** Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.**
