**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and suppliers in the Americas.
- A key contributor to the execution of the Divisional Compliance Plan and participate in compliance reviews, audits, and KPI checks.
- Assist in the management of approved third parties, including drafting agent and distributor contracts, conducting compliance interviews/training, and review of due diligence materials.
- Support the Company's HR function on various employment law issues, as needed.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Company corporate governance documents.
- Provide litigation support as necessary and work with external counsel as directed by management.

Qualifications and

**Required Skills**:

- **Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.**:

- **Practicing attorney with 0-2 years experience** in general corporate and/or commercial work at a law firm, corporation, or combination of both. In-house experience is desirable but is not required.
- **Having a Visa is a must.**:

- Business and/or finance/accounting experience (strongly preferred).

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Querétaro, Qro.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Staff Counsel: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
