About the Opportunity:
**Where you will make an impact**
- Entering contract attributes to Box Sign contract database by reading contracts and searching for the different data elements.
- Creating purchase requisitions from approved ServiceNow order into SAP and communicate any discrepancies to Procurement Operations team.
- Provide analytical support during supplier evaluation and negotiation
- Synthesize complex data into concise deliverables. Provide on-demand analysis for contracting, SRM, and other procurement areas
- Assist with various supplier relationship management (SRM) activities, including but limited to issuing and following up on scorecards, reviewing risk reports and notifying procurement team of changes and maintaining database/tool.
- Organizing, maintaining, and analyzing contracts, purchase orders and other relevant data.
- Responsible for multiple procurement projects and analysis concurrently while managing additional day-to-day requirements.

**What you will bring**
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Previous Procurement/Sourcing/Supply Chain experience or equivalent academic credentials is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written), organizational skills, and analysis.
- Well-rounded business/finance acumen and well-developed presence.

**Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience**:
- BoxSign, DocuSign CLM or other contract lifecycle management tools.
- SAP or other ERP system experience
