**LOCATION**:Guadalajara SSC (Hybrid)

**REPORTS TO**: Global Learning Services Lead

If you are looking for design challenges, have experience in a fast-paced technical environment, and have a passion for learning, we want you on our team. As **Learning Services Analyst,** you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around of the world. You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues in **Brazil.**

**_ Core Responsibilities:_**
- Design and deliver engaging e-learning content with varying levels of interactivity.
- Users support, managing and solving Learning service tickets efficiently.
- Oversee training projects from analysis to production, ensuring high-quality materials.
- Present dynamic training programs using diverse formats like discussions, simulations, and videos.
- Maintain detailed learning reports and track training activities, attendance, and results.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and stay updated on emerging technologies and training trends.
- Desirable 1+ years of Learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials or e-learning content.
- Desirable Workday and Service Now management knowledge
- Working proficiency of using Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive CBTs
- Experience using video/asset development software including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud), etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and **Portuguese is a must**.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Self-directed and well-organized, consistently delivering projects on time.
