**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The HR Assistant provides vital administrative and clerical support to the HR department. This role involves assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processes, and addressing employee inquiries. The HR Assistant ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**REQUIRED ABILITIES / SKILLS**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labour Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk or administrative role.
- Familiarity with employee contracts and termination procedures.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Basic understanding of Mexican employment laws and regulations (LFT).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Competence with HR systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and filing of employee contracts and terminations.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
- Address employee questions related to pay stubs, payroll schedules, and benefits.
- Follow up on inquiries from Team Leads and Managers in the Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Coordinate with maintenance and access management to support employee needs.
- Manage HR documentation and maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Schedule HR-related meetings and appointments.
- Respond to general HR-related questions from employees, escalating issues as necessary.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
