This Sr. Tester will work closely within an Agile team consisting of Developers; QA Engineers; Business Analysts; Scrum Master and Product Managers/Owners.

Overview:

- Plan; create and execute manual and automated software test activities using C#
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and develop an understanding of current products and technology to design and implement quality solutions to meet business needs in an agile team environment
- Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to ensure testability
- Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements; as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
- Select an appropriate testing approach/strategy and effectively communicates approach to project team
- Design; develop and maintain test automation systems; tools; and scripts; as well as write and execute load and performance test cases and scripts
- Conduct software compatibility tests with programs; hardware; operating systems; browsers; or network environments and document software defects and report defects to software engineers

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience with hands-on exposure to design; coding and testing (manual). Automation experience plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience
- Basic programming experience in one of the following languages C#/.Net; as well as basic automation experience using Selenium WebDriver
- Basic understanding of relational database; stored procedures; database functions and SQL is plus
- Knowledge of networks; operating systems; browsers; and databases; as well as web technology; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; and file types
- Ability to use Microsoft Visual Studio
