We are currently seeking a Telecom Services Senior Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, M\u00e9xico (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
- Evaluates and maintains many aspects of existing or proposed telecommunication voice systems.
- May assist in writing and maintaining operating manuals and the development of specifications, records, and form layouts.
- Analyzes user needs and recommends solutions to the hardware and software systems supporting telecommunication voice operations and vendor integration.
- Reviews diagnostic reports and interprets data.
- May suggest solutions based on analysis and interpretation of equipment diagnostics, usage reports, and equipment programming.
- Continuously provides a transfer of knowledge to junior team members

Years of Experience: Typically requires 6- 8 years relevant experience.

**Skills**:
- Expert fulfillment of required documentations and ensuring that all telecommunications documentation is completed.
- Specialized telecom knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert client service skills.
