Planning Assistant

**Key Responsibilites**:

- Delivery Plan formulation: Coordinate internal resources, assist in formulating product delivery plans, and promote project implementation.
- Accurate delivery: Respond to customer needs, plan back-up plans, through pre-management, risk warning, and daily management to ensure delivery.
- Delivery review: Through regular review, analyze problems, formulate improvement plans, and improve delivery quality.
- Performance management: promote and ensure the maximum financial performance.
- Participate in the construction and optimization of customer delivery digital systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not indispensable)
- 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate english
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Interest in Chinese culture
