The Project Timing Specialist creates and maintains project schedules, utilizing project management methodologies, by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements and establishing deadlines. The Specialist will monitor milestone completion and track all phases of the project product/service lifecycle and as well as provide timely reporting of issues that impact project progress. The person in this position coordinates actions and resolves conflicts plus they will document, prioritize and track requests (changes, enhancements, etc.) in coordination with the program change control. This position is responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness, timing and resource management of program management. The Specialist will assist in documenting the workflow and make recommendations that positively impact the operational effectiveness, timing and resource constraints of manufacturing programs in both the execution and implementation plan. This position will track and analyze investment, timing, issues and Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and make appropriate recommendations. The Project Timing Specialist will be the point of contact between the Project Management organization and manufacturing engineering.
Bachelor's degree in related area 3+ years of manufacturing experience Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Projects and Excel Project management experience Ability to work with all levels of management and labor
