**Objetivo**: Debe proporcionar su conocimiento y experiência para sugerir mejoras a los procesos actuales e implementar soluciones necesarias para impulsar la estrategia del flujo funcional del MRP. Coordinar la implementación y en su caso implementar las soluciones en el Mercado. Soporte Above Market and Markets en la resolución de problemas e implementación de las nuevas soluciones proporcionadas. Él / ella necesita abordar el cumplimiento de MRP y, cuando sea necesario, crear procedimientos, SOP, WoW, Rutinas estándar, así como implementarlos. Él / ella será el propietario de la organización y el desarrollo de las reuniones y planes de NCE para garantizar el más alto nível de desempeño y cumplimiento del equipo de MRPs.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Egresados de Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en cargos similares.
- Power BI y Excel Intermedio

**Principales funciones**:
1. Sugerir e implementar soluciones para impulsar la estrategia del flujo funcional en alineación con la planeación de abastecimiento de materiales.

2. Recabar datos e imputs relevantes y revisarlos con los MRP Leads para realizar los ajustes pertinentes a los procesos ya implementados.

3. Asegurar la implementación y ejecución adecuadas de NCE dentro del equipo de MRPs.

4. Asegurar que las medidas de cumplimiento del modelo S2P y los planes de contingencia estén vigentes y sean procesables.

5. Asegura que existan planes de inducción por posición para todo el equipo de MRPs.

6. Impulsar la mejora continua de los procedimientos, los SOP y los documentos NCE.
