**Key Account Manager - TI/Telecom**

**Buscamos**:

- Licenciatura o ingeniería en Industrial, Arquitectura, Negocios internacionales o afínes.
- 4 años de experiência en posición comercial en Sector TI, (Tecnologías de la Información o Telecomunicaciones)
- Actualización constante de los servicios ofrecidos al mercado.
- Experiência previa en empresas de integración de TI, Carrier o Telecomunicaciones.

**Objetivo**:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de la empresa mediante la venta de servicios de Telecomunicaciones y TI. Posicionar la empresa como la mejor opción en el mercado mexicano, asegurando la retención y crecimiento de la cartera de clientes a través de la calidad en el servicio y el seguimiento comercial post venta.

**Principales Funciones**:

- Comercialización de servicios de Telecomunicaciones y TI
- Administración y retención de la cartera de clientes, estableciendo estrategias de fidelización.
- Coordinación de proceso de venta, implementación y entrega de servicios.
- Seguimiento post venta.
- Asegurar la rentabilidad de cada proyecto o negocio.
- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinario para garantizar la ejecución exitosa del gobierno.
