"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business. **Currently we are looking for our next**: **PTP Continuous Improvement Coordinator** **Which is the main objective of this role?** Manage the planning, facilitation and completion of Lean projects to achieve productivity goals in Purchase to Pay (PTP) process, working with key leadership both functionally and strategically to drive overall improvements in specific areas. Clearly define the objectives and design the strategy to reach best in class for PTP process which represents an spend of us$3.5Bn annually for PFM. It means ensure the agility and efficiency at the time control and monitoring keep getting stronger. **Responsibilities**: **What will you be doing?** - Creating & reinforcing a culture of improvement by encouraging employees to identify opportunities and risks in PTP through monitoring the control and performance with statistical data (KPIs /KRIs). - Ensure an effective design of procedures which is able to alert and detect deviations, while it allows to implement as much automation as possible: RPAs, Machine Learning or AI. - Consolidate the PTP Tower providing assessments and analysis to add value at the SteerCo and internal users. That information should prevent and avoid any contingency regarding control and fraud. - Reinforce training for our colleagues regarding policies and best practices which are already operating in other countries/sectors or even out of PepsiCo. - Leverage digital platforms such as CELONIS or Uipath which are currently available to monitor and automate processes with internal developers. - Identifies & evaluates potential data risks and implement action plans, always ensuring the balance between Business operation and Control guidelines. - Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues or risks. - Provides visibility about the correct compliance regarding internal controls related to Purchase to Pay process (PTP Control Tower). - Benchmarking against countries from Latam and other sectors into PepsiCo. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** - Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineer or related. - Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferable) - Strong change management skills to include the practical implementation of Lean projects. - Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to organize and plan use of time and people effectively and efficiently - Experience in control, compliance or risk management initiatives. - SAP experience (at least 2 years). - Fluent English spoken and written. - Power BI / Celonis (Preferable) / Visio (Flowcharts) - Ability to challenge current state and motivated to improve the business; ability to influence without authority at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated ability to effectivelly communicate needs and recommendations to colleagues and leaders in the company. - Methodical approach to work, attentive to detail, able to plan, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work without close supervision. - Collaborative cross function/department working. - Actively seek to utilize a “Collaborative Team Approach” in all situations. - Drive for results, sense of urgency. **What can you expect from us?** - Competitive compensation - A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life - A dynamic and inclusive culture - A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development - Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide - Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
