Perfil: Egresado de UP, TEC DE MONTERREY, IBERO, universidades similares.
Con más de 5 años en puestos similaresGerente de Desarrollo, Project Manager, Arquitecto de Proyectos, Arquitecto de Diseños entre otros. Haberse desarrollado principalmenteEN EMPRESAS DEL GIROconstrucción y diseño para inversión, proyectos de Despachos y proyectos de inicio a fin.

Lic. titulado en Arquitectura, Ingeniero Civil, Ingeniero industrial.
Disposición inmediata para incorporarse.
INDISPENSABLE: Inglés intermedio-avanzado, excel y wordavanzado.
Edad: Entre 27 a 40 años
Excelente: LIDERAZGO, SEGUIMIENTO, COMUNICACION ORAL Y ESCRITA, AGILIDAD MENTAL, NEGOCIADOR, MANEJO DE CONFLICTOS, PROACTIVO, ORGANIZADOR, TOLERANCIA A LA FRUSTRACION.

Principales actividades:
1. Manejo y coordinación de Desarrollo inmobiliario, bienes raíces.
2. Coordinación arquitectónica, diseńo, paisajismo,entre otros.
3. Ser el enlace con la parte de la ingeniería y los gerentes de proyecto.
4. Generción de nuevos proyectos de diseño para los desarrollos activos - existentes
5. Presentaciones y reuniones con la Dirección,
6. Análisis de costos de los diferentes proyectos.
7. Evaluación de presupuestos costos. Retanbilidad.
8. Desarrollo del presupuesto y la gestión.
9. Responsable de la liberación de proyectos.
10. Búsqueda y apertura de nuevas relaciones globales con diseñadores, arquitectos entre otros.
11. Liderar todos los RPFs de Develompement a nível grupo.
