Experto en aplicaciones, y debe ser considerado el usuario experto en las aplicaciones. **Responsabilidades** Dar soporte a otros usuarios con dudas tipicas o avanzadas en situaciones cotidianas o en su caso canaliza a los usuarios con el soporte adecuado. Coordina y facilita entrenamientos para nuevas contrataciones, nuevas actualizaciones y funcionalidades de las aplicaciones. Investiga incidentes antes de las escalaciones a IT-Regional. Trabaja con otros SMEs para implementar las mejores practicas. Mantener y desarrollar la documentacion para el responsible del area.
