We're looking for our new members

**Bilingual Call Center Agents.**

**Roles**:

- Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
- Active participation in team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- High School Completed (GED)
- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- Customer service
- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
- Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.

**Job Offer**:

- Direct hiring
- Roled & fixed schedules: AM & PM
- Base salary: from $11,800 MXN to $13,000 MXN + $2,000 in bonus.
- $1,400 in food coupons
- Opportunity to grow though our Career Plan. (Administrative vacancies after 6 months)
- Work Zone: Benito Juárez, CDMX.
