The Sr EDI Ops Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and systems. This role involves ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting EDI issues, and collaborating with IT and business teams to optimize EDI workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage EDI transactions and coordinate with trading partners to ensure timely processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues to maintain data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance EDI processes and implement best practices.
- Document EDI Mapping spec working with Business and Trading partners.
- Set up new TP for EDI integrations plus coordinate testing.
- Managing EDI Connections and SSL Certs.
- Monitor EDI system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on EDI processes and systems.
- Document EDI processes and ensure compliance with business standards.
- Flexible on-call/weekend support rotation as applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in EDI operations or related field.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and tool such as Sterling Integrator, IBM SCBN and/or Cleo
- Experience with EDI mapping and translation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Incident and Change Management experience with Service NOW or related
- Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with DB SQL queries and Scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of XML and other data formats.
- Any EDI related Certification is a plus.
