Now Hiring: Weekend Coordinator & Sales Assistant - Seaside Pacific Yacht Group (Puerto Vallarta)
Seaside Pacific Yacht Group is seeking a full-time Weekend Coordinator & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual, tech-savvy, customer-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-touch environment.
Location: Puerto Vallarta (Remote + In-Person)
**Salary**: Up to $25,000 MXN/month + commission opportunities on upsells
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours based on charter flow
Must be available every other weekend
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
Support client coordination after charters are booked
Assist with charter logistics and scheduling
Provide high-level customer service to VIP clients
Respond to inquiries and help drive upsells
Work both remotely and on-site as needed
Ensure smooth operations on weekends (alternate)
Requirements:
Bilingual: English & Spanish (fluent)
Strong communication and people skills
Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, messaging platforms
Reliable, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
Available weekends and holidays when needed
Sales or hospitality experience preferred
