**About the position**:
Join us as a Project Finance Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico Work with our Project Finance team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Project and Structured Finance team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring that, as a company, we comply with our numerous loan agreements, serving as one of the points of contact for our lender partners for their reporting needs and delivering a lender experience that lives up to the Bright brand. Additionally, you will get exposure across Bright working with other teams (e.g., Accounting teams) to work collaboratively and ensure cross-team communication is set up for success within the Finance team to deliver an excellent lender satisfaction experience.

Tasks

**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:

- Financial Stewardship:

- Managing and fulfilling Bright’s obligations to institutional lenders
- Timely and Accurate Reporting:

- Ensuring reports meet deadlines and are rock-solid
- Team Collaboration:

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align processes and deliverables

**Your Key Results will be**:

- At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Results system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) is:

- OKR 1: Deliver 100% on-time reporting, payments, and requests for Lenders.
- OKR 2: Coordinate and execute 100% on-time administrative and legal procedures, payments, and requirements for the trust.

**Requirements**:
**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has experience in Finance, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.
