We are looking for a skilled **Salesforce Developer**to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and adaptable systems in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to align with organizational goals and requirements
- Assess existing system architecture and collaborate with technical teams to suggest and implement enhancements
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and integration phases
- Research emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend updates to improve system capabilities
- Communicate with stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues tied to technical implementations
- Analyze the impact of technical decisions on business operations and provide actionable recommendations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a history of delivering effective solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its associated tools and features
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, meeting deadlines while adapting to new challenges
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including iterative development and delivery processes
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Marketing Cloud certifications
