BI & Visualization Business Analyst

**British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a BI & Visualization Business Analyst in Monterrey.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Manage the BRT process for I.E., POS and VAPS. Update changes periodically
- Support corporate & global reporting process (POS, Section 13, brand board, vapor reg...)
- Support the GS34 and GS35 in data exploration, mapping and creating data tables
- Support in with documentation, UAT, validations
- Execute daily validations, maintain data assets, and own an effective communication that proactively engages with users.
- Own end-to-end processes and support in scoping requirements, documentation, usage tracking, quality assurance testing, and product enhancements to ensure users’ needs are met.

**What are we looking for?**
- 1-2 years in a similar role in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of business delivery
- Technical expertise, including proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and database management
- Demonstrates communication and storytelling skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to fluently converse in English and able to present effectively complex concepts and processes
- Excel, SQL, and BI platforms, along with knowledge of statistical models and programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Strong understanding of MicroStrategy and PowerBI.
