Promote and support clean, safe working environment in the areas of responsibility and be proactive in supporting the inspectors. Act as a positive role model and as mentor and coach to assigned inspection team. Promote good personal relationships. Coordinate activities in the Quality Area. / Promover y apoyar un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro en las áreas de responsabilidad y tomar la iniciativa en el apoyo de los inspectores. Actuar como un modelo positivo, como mentor y entrenador del equipo de inspeccin asignado. Fomentar las buenas relaciones personales. Coordinar las actividades en el Área de Calidad.
**Duties**:
1. Ensure a clean and safe working area.
2. Assign and execute daily and weekly inspection Schedule.
3. Ensure all tooling and equipment are in good working order.
4. Ensure all procedures and regulatory requirements are being followed.
5. Ensure all team members are properly trained and certified for the tasks assigned.
6. Ensure materials and supplies are available when required to execute daily plans.
7. Perform other tasks as required.
8. All those activities inherent and/or related to their work, as well as the task of their category.
9. Adhere to standardized word activities, as well as actively participate in their continuous improvement according to the needs of the business.
10. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência: /Experience: 2 años como inspector. / 2 years as Inspector.
- Conocimientos: /Knowledge: Planeacin de actividades, leer, escribir y entender Ingles. /Activities planning, read, write and understand English.
