Additional School Requirements:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Math, preferably within the IB MYP framework.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Immigration fees (we will make the arrangements and fees will be covered by MIS).
- We will ask you to cover the expenses for going to your nearest Mexican embassy and to have an apostille on your Diploma.
- Health Insurance (only for the employee, not the dependants)
- Housing according to the terms of the contract. Holidays: December: 2 weeks (approx. 10 days) Spring Break: 2 weeks Summer: 4 to 5 weeks (according to the Ministry of Education calendar)

**Job Summary**:

**_ Curriculum and Instruction_**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver challenging and engaging lessons that align with the IB MYP framework.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance the learning experience and foster analytical skills.

**_ Assessment and Feedback_**
- Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Use assessment data to inform and adjust teaching strategies for improved student outcomes.

**_ Classroom Management_**
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and a positive learning experience.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
- Address and resolve any behavioral issues fairly and consistently.

**_ Professional Collaboration_**
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and projects that enrich the IB MYP curriculum.
- Participate in school-wide activities, professional development, and IB training sessions.
- Engage with the school community, including parents and guardians, to support student learning and well-being.
