- The COE Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for improving the accounts receivable processes, achieving the results required by MAHLE, improving communication with the different entities and departments, as well as acting as a means of escalating problems for all North America MAHLE entities.- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Customer Management process.
- Maintain customer credit limits.
- Review AR aging’s reports for review and take actions with SSC and plants.
- Resolution of the escalation issue.
- Process write off approvals.
- Calculate bad debt reserve for NA entities.
- Monthly mitigation reports.
- Support on ERP transitions.
- Develop and maintain internal controls.
- Support on internal and external audit process.
- Lead Projects to improve AR process.
- Support SSC AR team.

Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
- 2+ years in similar position.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables).
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.
