**Responsibilities**: - Assists in providing accounting guidance and support for Citi business units. - Assists in strengthening and providing controls by showing transparency of the Balance Sheet. - Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes. - Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural “expert” representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables. - Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. - Prioritizes and validates potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. - May serve as a reviewer or checker for complex processes. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: - 5-8 + years of experience - Industry/function knowledge, analysis, communication, management experience - Advanced English (mandatory) **Education**: - Bachelors degree Latam Treasury Analytics AVP Treasury Group analytics team supports the Cluster and Country Treasurer on Balance Sheet Management activities. LATAM Regional Treasury groups responsible of the Region’s Balance Sheet with focus on overall integrity and structure of, Capital, Interest Rate Risk, Transfer Pricing, Deposits and overall Liquidity profile of the Legal Entities in LATAM and Mexico. Country and Cluster Treasurers are responsible for ensuring disciplined treasury practices in managing treasury risk exposures and providing an independent oversight on liquidity risk management and contingency funding planning. The team also collaborates with the businesses to optimize funding structure within appropriate risk levels and Balance Sheet management disciplines. Our group provides advisory service on treasury strategy, supports the Country ALCO discussion, and acts as a liaison with all constituencies within Citigroup, including support analytics to facilitate communication with senior management, strategizing treasury issues with other business segments and across different corporate functions. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Cluster and Country Treasurers with ALCO materials, as well as assisting with in-depth analysis of balance sheet usage and efficiency, hedging strategies and net interest margin/ returns optimization. - Help build and produce end-to-end materials for Country ALCO meetings, regarding key focus areas under the Balance Sheet Diagnostic framework covering BSM and FTP framework and efficiencies, net interest margin, returns, liquidity metrics, deposits LCR value and all other policy and business driven material. - Support the Cluster treasurers, both qualitatively and analytically, in managing county ALCO’s and actively drive balance sheet efficiency, including prudent management of Treasury key topics: Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, Funds Transfer Pricing and Capital Management - Work with broader Finance and Treasury organization, especially LATAM Legal Entity Treasury and NY Business Treasury, Global Assets and Liabilities Manage (ALM) teams, to assist in the timely implementation of Citi Treasury policies and balance sheet strategies. - Participate in Global ALCO Standard Working Groups and lead Implementation and deployment of solutions in the Region. - **Job Family Group**: Finance - **Job Family**: Balance Sheet Control - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
