**Responsabilities**:
- Responsible for reviewing the documentation of the New Models (BOM /WH CARD/ Drawings)
- Responsible for guaranteeing the first parts (pilot runs).
- Responsible for creating and updating the layout of the new lines.
- Responsible for directing and validating the process flow of the new Models, through 1QA/2QA/ and 3QA audits.
- Responsible for reviewing and designing the necessary tools to build the new Models.
- Responsible for improving processes in production lines.
- Responsible for the calculation of standard hours and calculation of capacity lines.
- Responsible for Optimization and Balancing of Production Lines
- Responsible for detecting characteristics and specifications to determine construction and operational details of the process. Inspection of ergonomic conditions.
**Experience & Qualificatios**:
- With at least 3 years of experience in Harness Manufacturing in the automotive industry (Core tolos, IATF, etc.)
- Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft office, SAP and solidwork /Autocad.
- Management of manufacturing practices and process management methods.
- Knowledge in the introduction of new models through the use of APQP stages.
- Have managed, calculated standard working hours, cycle time.
- Leadership.
- English
