**Role Description**
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to assist the team in effectively managing the execution of transfers and continuing to provide exceptional service to our clients while improving internal processes.

As an Operations Analyst, you will participate in the logístical coordination of vehicle transfers to ensure service levels and other key performance indicators. You will be in constant communication with clients and drivers to ensure the proper execution of transfers and to identify improvements that can make transfers and operations more efficient.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage trips and drivers
- Ensure the proper execution of trips
- Resolve operational issues
- Attend to support requests from clients and drivers
- Design processes and routines that help improve internal and client operations
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze relevant information to gain insights

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or related fields
- Experience in operations, logistics, startups, or fast-growing companies
- Experience in customer service and technical support
- Intermediate or higher level of English is desirable (not mandatory)
