Aufgaben

Job Objective:
To manage the accounting team of 2 direct reports who are responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

To complete all tax reporting in compliance with tax law.

To forecast and manage cash.

To assist in providing accurate month end and year end reporting, according to local GAAP and the KAMAX Accounting Policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Create journal entries, account reconciliations and reports, in order to effect accurate monthly and year end reporting.
- Maintain fixed assets.
- Coordinate yearly financial audit.
- Prepare yearly consolidation package.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast.
- Assist external tax advisors to complete tax returns; be able to handle tax topics.
- Manage VAT and ensure on-time recovery.
- Prepare/review accounts receivable aging and accounts payable aging.
- Implement and maintain internal controls.
- Manage 2 direct reports: provide training, guidance and review of work product
- Ensure development of skills and competencies of accounting personnel
- Other tasks as required.

Profil

Educational Background
- BSc/BA or Masters Degree Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting.

Work Experience
- 5 years+ relevant experience
- 3 years+ automotive industry expertise is a plus
- Proven experience in leading a team

Professional Knowledge
- Professional knowledge of SAP FI / CO.
- Strong knowledge of local GAAP and basic knowledge of international GAAP
- Professional knowledge of local tax regulations (income tax, IVA and withholding tax).
- Experience in dealing with tax authorities

- Spanish
