As a **Traffic lead**, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily traffic and transportation operations, ensuring the efficient and safe arrival and departure of vehicles while meeting operational, regulatory, and service requirements. This position reports to the Transportation Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Schedule and monitor the departure and arrival of transport units. - Assign vehicles and operators according to route and load planning. - Verify departure documentation (guides, manifests, logbooks, bills of lading). - Coordinate the operational team (drivers, assistants, supervisors). - Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations, driving times, and rest periods. - Supervise unit tracking using GPS or TMS systems. - Validate compliance with routes and delivery windows. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in traffic operations, route coordination, operator and fleet management.
