**Customer Service Representative**

At USS, we are looking for the best Customer Service Representative profiles to provide the best service to our clients. We are looking at GDL for these profiles for our new campaigns and challenges. If you speak English and you like remote work, apply

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answering simple customer questions about their services
- Follow customer service guides / guidelines to resolve problems with the service
- Guide customers to the online knowledge base / share articles for self-help
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Understand when to escalate and collect necessary...

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Computer Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CRM and Call Center Software
- 1+ years of multi-channel customer support experience in a fast paced environment
- Positive and friendly energy
- Customer Service / Call Center: 1 years (required)
