Job objective:
Provide support for any quality issues in the operation, as well as participate in activities to correct and/or prevent quality issues. PNC control and product audits. PPAP control of cutting supply vendors.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in the automotive industry**:

- **knowledge of automotive leather processes**:

- **Advanced English (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Advanced parcel handling and design programs.
- PPAP and APQP experience

**Experience**:

- Manage and monitor quality and customer care indicators, as well as follow up on any field complaints or customer production interruptions.
- Responsible for handling warranties reported by OEMs.
- Be responsible and have the authority to stop production lines in case of quality issues.
- Monitor quality and customer care indicators.
- Follow up on the creation and definition of inspection plans.
- Generate system quality alerts.
- Follow up on any field complaints in the cutting and skinning operation.
- Administer product audits.
- Monitor specifications and validate the product during the APQP process.
- Control and follow up on internal containments.
- Participate in the development of the Control Plan and update it for New Pangea Products in the Production and Pre-Launch phases.
- Collect, consolidate, and manage the PPAP information package for products cut for Pangea.
- Keep track of PPAPs from automotive cutting product suppliers (FOAM).
- Knowledge of Core Tools, VIDA 6.5, ISO 16949-2016.
