Customer Relationship:
Optimize the operation of the project (s) to meet the expected indicators: Ex.: P & L (profit), risks, inventories, customer care, DPPMs, efficiencies, etc. Coordinating for it to support personnel and functional areas to meet within the project (s) with customer needs and company
Coordinate resources for the implementation of initiatives proposed by the client through continuous improvement programs.
Attend and follow up to initiatives presented in the QBR.
Address and monitor follow-up meetings with the client. CMIF example, joints materials, etc.
Ensure that the information required by the customer, inventory, quality, materials, etc. They are delivered on time and in the correct format.
Functional managers communicate strategies medium and long term that the client looks in terms of manufacturing systems, quality, d emejora initiatives, cost reduction and any direction to impact the operation of the plant.
Knowing the customer's business model as a platform to make decisions that benefit both SANM-client relationship and the profitability of the project to SANM.
Coordinating the different works of a quotation for submission to the customer and ensure the profitability of the project.

Intervene as part of the route Escalation of customer complaints or requests after the charge of each area and before the plant manager and VP.
Coordinate the Task Force CIT (Head of project area):
Assign activities required by the customer or RACs through minutes those responsible for the project area
Resolve conflicting priorities of one or more elements of the CIT or continuous improvement team
