Experienced Occupational Health Medical Collector (Remote)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Medical Collector with solid experience in Workers’ Compensation accounts to join our remote team If you are detail-oriented, experienced in medical billing/collections, and have great communication skills—this is your opportunity

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage collections and follow-up on Workers’ Compensation accounts.
- Contact insurance companies, adjusters, and third-party payers to resolve accounts.
- Review and rebill claims with proper documentation to ensure timely payments.
- Make daily phone calls and maintain consistent follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Utilize electronic medical billing systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain professional communication with insurance representatives and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical collections or billing.
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and related regulations.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing software is required.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet productivity goals independently.

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Weekends off)
- Modality: 100% Remote - Computer equipment provided
- Salary: $5,500 MXN per week
