- As an IT Support Intern, you will assist the local IT team in providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT operations within a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Support operating system updates and maintenance for Windows and macOS devices.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Assist in the preparation and replacement of computer equipment for end users.
- Provide first-level support and ensure a high level of customer service to internal users.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and IT systems.
**Qualifications**
- ** Active student** pursuing a degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** At least one year remaining before graduation.**:
- Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with users and IT staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Basic English proficiency is acceptable.
