The Planner Buyer position will be responsible for the replenishment and management of materials. This role will ensure
the availability of materials to enable timely delivery to the customer. This position will work closelythe area leader on the floor who manages the scheduling boards and Kanban boards to ensure accurate data on material demand and ensure accurate customer demand data.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree - Engineering in related area.
Minimum 3 years experience in the position.
Advanced English 90%.
Use of Lean tools to resolve details.
Knowledge of MRP, ERP (D365), KPI's.
Sense of urgency for internal and external customers.
Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel).
Experience interacting with suppliers.
**MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
Experience in the production planning process.
Converting planned order into production orders.
Placing and updating purchase orders.
Ensuring paperwork is correct and resolving receipt details.
Communicating and following up with suppliers on delivery dates.
Evaluating suppliers with delivery dates and quality.
Analysing raw material behaviour to update MRP D365 data (lead time, MOQ, lot sizes, prices, etc).
Interaction with procurement/suppliers is necessary to release orders for inventory replenishment.

Drive consistent inventory management practices in all areas of the shop floor.
Organise and facilitate weekly production meetings to discuss each product line as a whole.
Coordinate production workflow.
Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum throughput and minimum delay.
