**Profile**:
- Fluent command of English and the language of your home plant (country of employment).
- Project experience desired.
- Relevant internships.
- International experience (e.g., internships or studies abroad).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a dedicated team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
- Open-minded and ambitious personality, high level of commitment.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
