**Overview**:
As the newest member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the effective interviewing and selection of the best talent for our company. Through competency and behavioral techniques, the interviewer will identify key components pre-determined by our job descriptions for both operative and administrative openings. The interviewer will also be expected to follow through with each applicant and accompany them from the interview stage up until their first day of hire.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute competency and Behavioral interviews and document accordingly.
- Coordinate 2nd interviews with the corresponding departments and retrieve interview feedback results.
- Job description overview
- Salary & compensation
- Schedule training / Ops
- First day of hire
- Keep track of current openings and hiring requirements for the week to ensure high priority requisitions are met and delivered in a timely manner.
- Update operative and administrative job descriptions.
- Manage job board postings (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage opening with recruiting agencies.
- Follow up with applicants through our social media sites (Facebook & Instagram)
- Follow up with messages to schedule interviews with new applicants.
- Follow up with comments left on our Social Media Sites.
**Requirements**:
- No experience required
- 100% Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Bachelors in psychology, Business administration or related fields is desired (Finished, currently studying or incomplete)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Highly goal driven
- Proactive problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
