Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Order Management Specialist located in Juarez Sur.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Order Management Specialist’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:

- Provides operational support to Customer Sales Representative, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales and acts as a liaison between sales and other departments.
- Receive customer orders on ERP system
- Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time
- Provides timely and accurate invoicing
- Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates
- Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved
- Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
- Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Intermediate English
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in tracking sales orders and shipments.
- Inventory review.
- Experience in dealing with customers, materials, traffic, and logistics.
- Knowledge in BANN and Atlas systems is a plus.
