Es responsable del rendimiento general de las operaciones de los programas asignados, así como de toda la gestión del programa, la coordinación del programa y las comunicaciones del programa. Además, es responsable de motivar positivamente a todo el equipo de Gestión del Programa, supervisar, desarrollar el conocimiento del programa, coordinar la capacitación y evaluar continuamente el desempeño de los supervisores, los líderes del equipo, los especialistas y el equipo de soporte.

Colabora y mantiene comunicación regularmente con operaciones, servicios al cliente, ventas, calidad, fuerza de trabajo, Recursos humanos, IT, finanzas, administración y clientes para asegurar que los objetivos del programa del cliente se cumplan constantemente.
- Título universitario preferido.
- Gran conocimiento y comprensión de la industria del centro de llamadas
- Excel Avanzado
- Ingles Avanzado
