Support and maintain the Quality process system at ABB Monterrey 2.0. Contribute with improvement of quality documentation to achieve results. Collaborate with local functions to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

**This position reports to**:
Quality Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in the development of PFMEA and CP for production lines.
- Support providing White belt training to operators in produc-tion lines.
- Customer complaint support.
- Participate in root cause analysis and action plan definition at quality circles.
- Document customer complaints procedure (External and other ABB plants).
- Support in quality Wins initiatives as workshops.

**Your background**:

- Currently studying from the 8th semester.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic quality and continuous improvement knowledge.
- English Advanced Level.
