**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The role has as main objective to maximize the benefits from ARIBA/MYBUY and enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues for LATAM & North America.
**Purpose**
The **Procurement** **Control & Compliance Sr Analyst** will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing the organization's internal control framework. This position ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices to mitigate risk and strengthen operational efficiency.
**Your Impact**
As **Procurement** **Control & Compliance Sr Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of:
- The function holder is covering for LATAM & North America sectors.
Responsibilities: Internal Controls Assessment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across various business processes and systems.
- Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Process and Policy Documentation
- Develop and maintain process flowcharts, control narratives, and policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
- Support audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Training and Awareness
- Support training initiatives to promote awareness of internal controls and compliance requirements across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of control consciousness and accountability.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor´s degree
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in Procurement/Order Processing/Policy Control
- Advanced English
- Comfortable working within global organization
